DAY 3 - 2 crucial ways to reduce stress to boost immunity…aside from sleep 

It probably comes as no surprise to you that even low levels of stress increases risk of infections and viruses. Today we’re going to look at reducing stress to boost your immune system in two key ways.

 

Reducing EMFs (Electromagnetic Field Radiation)

The potential problems of EMF exposure include: Heart palpitations, arrhythmias, high BP, infertility, burns, insomnia, organ damage, headaches, seizures, dizziness, digestive problems, nosebleeds, eye deterioration, ringing in ears and cancer.

Secondly, spiritual health will give us new hope in the face of uncertainty...

DAY 5 - Fast track with the keto alkaline diet
