Whenever you join, you get immediate access to the membership site with all the training videos, meal plans, recipes, download resources and also the private members commenting community, so you can start right away if you want (or set a future date). How much time do I need to commit to this?

I recommend that you spend a minimum of 10 minutes a few times per week going through the training materials in Keto Life. All of the videos are in bitesize chunks of around 5-10 minutes, so simply watch a few of those each day and download the resource guides and cheatsheets and print them out for reference. 

 

The recorded coaching calls are optional to watch and approximately 1 hour each. It will take you an extra hour or two per week to go through the meal plans and recipes and plan and prepare for going Full Keto in week 2. So all in all, you’re looking at around 3 hours per week plus your normal food prep and cooking time. Your return on investment of time and energy will be worth it!

How much meal prep and cooking time is involved?

There are various different options for your meals and cooking, depending on how busy you are, how much variety you want and how much time you want to spend trying out the new recipes. In general, you should expect to spend 30 minutes a day preparing and cooking your food. The recipes are very easy and enjoyable to make.

Are the foods and ingredients expensive or hard to find?

No, the average weekly cost for you to eat whilst you’re following Keto Life is £75 per week per person (lower if you’re cooking for 2 or more people) and all the ingredients can be found in your local supermarkets and stores.
